He spent 16 years as Director of Materials at Arrow Cargo, an FAA Part 121 operator, where he oversaw fleet-wide maintenance planning, parts procurement, and materials budgeting for DC8, B757, and DC10 aircraft. In this role, Francisco was responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operational readiness while managing cost control and material availability across the airline's entire fleet.

Following his airline career, Francisco held senior leadership roles for 13 years as Director of Sales and Vice President of Business Development at two well-established aviation parts suppliers. During this time, he played a pivotal role in asset acquisitions, inventory development, and the expansion of Aircraft Parts Sales departments, driving revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

For the past five years, Francisco has served as President of Airmind Parts, LLC, where his leadership has guided the company through a period of strong, sustainable growth and strategic expansion. Under his direction, Airmind Parts has strengthened its market presence, expanded its global customer base, and positioned itself for continued advancement within the aviation aftermarket.

As Chief Acquisition Officer, at Airmind Parts, Orestes leads asset acquisition and portfolio development strategies focused on building next-generation inventories for Boeing and Airbus platforms. His scope includes engine, APU, landing gear, rotable components, and airframe material, ensuring Airmind Parts remains a trusted global source for high-quality aircraft parts.

Recognized for his expertise in Boeing widebody aircraft, including the B777, B767, B747 & B737NG, Orestes maintains strong, long-standing relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, and repair stations worldwide.
